9999 ebuild is obsolete, for example, it's asking for older freerdp than 2.0.0_pre20160722 needs. Then, it should be either updated, or removed if it's too difficult to keep updated

Please go ahead and drop it. I don't think it is worth it to maintain a live ebuild now that they are making releases every couple of months.
