For some reason, there doesn't appear to be a source release for this project
yet. Could you poke the ecletex developers about it?

Nevermind, I hacked around it. The drop contains sources, which we can compile
from. 

Fixed. Available for testing on x86 as dev-util/ecletex-0.0.3
