pecl-imagick 3.4.3 adds support for PHP 7.1, which is already available in portage.

Please find attached pecl-imagick-3.4.3_rc4.ebuild which will work with php7-1.

The final 3.4.3 is now out (no changes from RC4).

I've tested 3.4.3 by renaming the ebuild file from 3.4.2 and adding php7-1 to the dependencies and it all seems to work just fine.
