For the use flags, php ebuild tells the user to add certain flags to /etc/portage/package.use

like =dev-php/php-5.0.0-r1:  dba

correct syntax should be:
=dev-php/php-5.0.0-r1 dba

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge dev-php/php-5.0.0-r1
2.
3.




This is just a minor bug which might confuse users who don't know how the 
package.use format looks like
