It seems samba >=4.3 is masked two times:

I don't know if you plan to use samba < 4.3 ever, if that is not the case and we (stable users) are expected to jump directly from 4.2 to the latest, maybe the masked ebuilds could be reduced and mask entry updated to only mask the really "broken" version :/
