X clipboard handling requires Capture-Tiny, not just Clipboard.

Confirmed. I hit the same bug. The error message is:

kpcli:/> xp Example/entry 
Error: xp requires the Clipboard and Capture::Tiny modules:
 - http://search.cpan.org/~king/Clipboard/
 - http://search.cpan.org/~dagolden/Capture-Tiny/

Using kpcli version 3.0.

After manually emerging dev-perl/Capture-Tiny kpcli works as expected.
