www-apps/grafana-bin-4.0_beta2 seems to pull in the tar.gz archive with a name of "4.0.0-1478693311beta1" which is for the beta1 release.

The correct one for beta2 seems to be named "4.0.0-1479719016beta2", based on their download page: http://grafana.org/download/4_0_0/

So upstream is very drunk, I can't get the same SRC_URI to give me the same object:

!!! Fetched file: grafana-bin-4.0_beta2.tar.gz VERIFY FAILED!
!!! Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size
!!! Got:      41890077
!!! Expected: 41911901


Also it'll cause problems because the mirrors have a file that is named grafana-bin-4.0.0_beta2.tar.gz now

This was fixed, plus we have newer version available anyway
