New developer Anthony Ryan from Ontario

Anthony has been around for a few years and is currently contributing as proxy maintainer. He's got background in Python, PHP, C, C++, Java, Ruby, ECMAScript and possibly more languages. Among other things his interests include server management software and arm, as well as python packaging.

I apologize for the delay in my submission of the end quiz. I was somehow not aware of it's existence when I first submitted this. The delay since then is my fault, I'm afraid I'm guilty of prioritizing code over paperwork.

I'll allocate a block of time to finish it as soon as possible.
