With pyopenssl 16.1.0, deadlocks in deluge are very easy to trigger. Earlier versions are not affected, and the fix is in 16.2.0. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install pyopenssl 16.1.0 2.Run deluge 3.Deadlock (almost guaranteed with > 100 torrents) I've confirmed that upgrading to 16.2.0 resolves the issue. I suggest either masking 16.1.0, or marking 16.2.0 stable.
