Package emerge fails at prepare phase, see attached build log.

I was able to reproduce. The `numeric-int64-multibuild.eclass` (see `numeric-int64_get_blas_module_name`) is trying to use the blas eselect module, but `virtual/blas` is blocking the eselect module from being installed.

We have migrated to the blas/lapack frameworks in ::gentoo.  Please have a try.  Thanks!
