qt-virt-manager-9999.ebuild

Hi,

please see attached qt-virt-manager-9999.ebuild.

qt-virt-manager is a GUI application for managing virtual machines. I suggest app-emulation/qt-virt-manager since the other similar tool virt-manager (separate project written in python, but merely the same purpose app) is under app-emulation/ too.

On second thought - why not. :-)

I have made the ebuild qt5-only and pushed a live version (9999) based on your ebuild to the tree.
