When adding new dev after I provide all the info it ends with error:

no write access to parent at /usr/local/bin/perl_ldap line 303.
Failed to add user!

Reproducible: Always

It seems to be global problem, I cannot do this too

Not sure if that's relevant but I wasn't able to alter Amynka's LDAP user either. But I don't know if I haven't been given the necessary Infra LDAP bits.

Resolved, the outbound IP for woodpecker was different, and didn't match the ACL anymore.
