Since sun-jdk provides it as binary why is it not called sun-jdk-bin and why is sun-j2sdk not called sun-jdk?

The corrunt names are really confusing.

The name was chosen in the mists of time by the first attempt at this ebuild.
( before I got it working)

And it has stuck, and I bet changing it will open a hole can of worms regarding bugs. ( eg. existing installed packages)
