repoman reports:

  REQUIRED_USE.syntax [fatal]   2
   sci-visualization/qtiplot/qtiplot-0.9.8.9-r4.ebuild: REQUIRED_USE: USE flag 'zomg' is not in IUSE

but pkgcheck notice.

Also, next time please file this sort of bug on the github site for pkgcheck so all the code-related issues are tracked there, thanks.
