It seems that your cffi installation is broken, can you list the output of qlist dev-python/cffi and the build.log of emerge dev-python/cffi ?

Also, you uploaded your build.log instead of emerge --info

My dev-python/cffi installation was broken for no reason, reinstalled and dev-python/cryptography installed with no problem.

I had exactly the same problem. But re-emerging dev-python/cffi fixed it here as well.
