I'm attempting to audit various forks of repositories in gentoo/ namespace in GitHub. Since we don't have audit logs before July 2016, I have no clue who created the following repository: https://github.com/gentoo/css_parser There is no non-upstream commit in it, with last updated in 2012. Is there a reason to keep it, or should I remove it? Assigning to ruby@ since this is a ruby package. CC-ing flameeyes@ since he seems to have created some ruby forks at the time.
That looks like one of mine, I was probably looking into making some changes and either didn't make them or didn't push them correctly.

That sounds right to me. In any case the repo isn't used by ruby team at the moment, so removal sounds like a good option.
