kde-base/kdm is deprecated and I'd like to remove it in the near future. Please remove references to it in the ebuilds and metadata.xml

More specifically, would there be an analog for kdmctl?

Development of KDM has stopped completely, and KDE upstream is recommending sddm instead. There is no replacement for kdmctl.
