Hi,

looks like you have set 'AUTOTOOLS_AUTO_DEPEND=no' because you wanted to prevent unnecessary autoreconf calls.

However you haven't added autotools dependencies manually to DEPEND.

So in theory, when emerging iptables and epatch_user will be called it isn't guaranteed that the autotool programs are available...

If the user is patching the build system, they can also make sure that autoconf is installed.

we're not going to force autotools onto everyone just for the edge case of someone applying custom patches and manually uninstalled relevant autotools
