kensington, latest tag at https://git.gnupg.org/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?p=gpgme.git;a=summary is 1.7.0. There is no 1.7.1 yet!!! in /usr/portage/profiles/base/package.use.mask: # Alon Bar-Lev <alonbl@gentoo.org> (23 Sep 2016) # Mask qt5 until kde ports app-crypt/gpgme qt5
Yes, git master is broken until gpgme releases 1.7.1. It's not like that would work without the recent dependency fix in ebuilds either.
Broken dep graph is worser than broken live ebuilds...
Bad dependency declarations fixed. I will keep this open until the needed version is released. https://gitweb.gentoo.org/proj/kde.git/commit/?id=942613f8cfd8e134421c39b0347a3387f7a2b5df
Created attachment 450492 [details] live ebuild for gpgme I've hacked a live-ebuild for gpgme, based on the 1.7.0-ebuild. Maybe someone want to use this until gpgme-1.7.1 is released. Works for me so far with the KDE live-ebuilds.
Thanks for reporting. app-crypt/gpgme-1.7.1 was bumped today. Reverted dependency changes in kde overlay. https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=5c5fccc039975f1af92d1043ced888450277077d https://gitweb.gentoo.org/proj/kde.git/commit/?id=ce2c3b903e8d9a22199a3f127de0a90d332d8a9e
