sys-apps/likwid-4.1.2 ebuild

Likwid-4.1.2 has been released, i've renamed the old ebuild and fixed the uri to the new archive. Works here on ~x86_64

I changed the mirror back to github, seems more right to use upstream vs a 3rd party mirror.

I used that url because the github page says:
(from
https://github.com/RRZE-HPC/likwid#download-build-and-install)

"You can get the releases of LIKWID at: http://ftp.fau.de/pub/likwid/

For build and installation hints see INSTALL file"
So my understanding was that fau.de is the upstream server for the official releases.
Of course github will work fine too.

Oh, I 100% looked right past that..
Thanks for pointing it out.
I am actually going to use this now, makes it cleaner then the github URL in the ebuild.

Be sure to keep an eye on the github PR too.
