I think we should try to stop installing gstreamer:0.10 from this meta in most setups and, then, only make people install the old gstreamer when they install an app really needing it

Trying to get rid of 0.10 on my workstation too so applied in https://cgit.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=6c2d1db98d8e10db894a3dab6cda087b6c4a3d04
