Arches please test and mark stable =dev-util/strace-4.13 with target KEYWORDS:

alpha amd64 arm ~arm64 hppa ia64 ~m68k ~mips ppc ppc64 ~s390 ~sh sparc x86 ~amd64-linux ~arm-linux ~ia64-linux ~x86-linux


Please be aware that there are some tests which still fail (five in my test run). Despite these errors we should still stabilize a more recent version than strace-4.9
