Install the modified loop-aes-losetup man page as well

The loop-aes-losetup package installs the modified losetup needed to set up and interact with loop-aes based loop devices.

But, it installs only that binary, not the manpage.  Since loop-aes-losetup behaves differently and its usage message leaves out a lot of details, it would be good to deploy the manpage as well.  I'll attach a diff to the current ebuild that also deploys loop-aes-losetup.8.
