Upstream states it finally supports vte:2.91
http://wiki.qemu.org/ChangeLog/2.7#Build_dependencies

And that is the only maintained version, then, it should be used instead of :2.90 slot

fixed in live build and 2.7.0-r7 (which will be stabilized soon).
