An Erlang patch release that fixes a couple of significant errors in the ssl application was released today. I built the new revision and tested it with my project. It seems to work just fine and also fixes the TLS interop issues I was having with Windows clients. I'm adding the updated ebuild and the patch from 19.1 to 19.1.1. Here's the source of the patch: https://github.com/erlang/otp/compare/OTP-19.1...OTP-19.1.1.patch If you want to handle this in a different way, let me know, but we _should_ get patch releases in to the tree. : )

Looks like they did a quiet release[1] on 4 April 2017. I am not sure what they are up to as they gave instructions on filing security issues two weeks earlier[2] on 21 March 2017, which is after the 19.3 release of 15 March 2017. Since both 19.3 and 19.3.1 fixed crypto related issues, there might be a security issue as well (see [3]). I was wrong. There is an OTP-19.3.1.README but no release yet.
