encfs introduces a dep to dev-libs/tinyxml2:0/3. I can’t see why *exactly* 0/3 is needed.

- building encfs with tinyxml2:0/4 works aswell
- ebuild ... clean test works, too
- *running* that built encfs wasn’t tested
- upstream only asks for tinyxml2, not for v0.3 there

It creates blocker, as other packages require dev-libs/tinyxml2:0/4 and they can't be installed together

i've emerged 1.9.1 successfully by removing the 0/3 stuff, and so far it works well.

I've changed the dependency to dev-libs/tinyxml2:0=  Thsi should fix this bug.
