Things I'd like to see:

- update both default and sample to EAPI6
- explain/add links to eapply_user+PATCHES
- change "Patching with epatch" to "Patching with eapply"
- completely remove "Autopackage" page + links to it

Done.

Not sure if the devmanual is the right place for this.

I did both as there are still older packages and some needs for EAPI=5

I don't see why.  It says not to do it.
