Well, scratch the "downloading twice" part, I see now that they're different. Still doesn't fix the problem, though
The author releases different sources with the same file name. I uploaded new jiskan16-2000-1.bdf.gz and jiskan16-2000-2.bdf.gz. If you still have the download issue after half a day, please let me know.
OK, I can confirm that everything is fine. New jiskan16-2000-?.bdf.gz passes checksums and installs. Of course, you will need to delete the old ones in /usr/portage/distfiles :)
