currently glibc-2.3.2-r9 is marked sparc stable

-r10 was originally added for the s390 peeps (no idea why they didnt just add their patches to -r9), but since then a few fixes have been added:
 - cflag fixing (all out of global scope and the like)
 - ebuild handles stripping ... glibc now installs without stripping libpthread.so and libthread_db.so

glibc-2.3.2-r11 at Bug #59526 makes this obselete
