Merged in the library

I am hoping that this will fix the missing library report I get when I try and
run a commercial software package only available in binary form. The invocation
goes like this:

solidahb: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

this package is masked and known to be broken. it's a work in progress, stick to emul-linux-x86-baselibs
