The problem is known:

The given workaround worked for me: Create /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf with the following lines:

[device]
wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no


BTW: Gentoo doesn't provide an empty template of /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf

And I can't connect when using a RealTek driver:
