emerging php came to an interactive section feedback in the src_test routine

Still not fixed with multiple php/mod_php versions.

This is still valid also in new dev-lang/php ebuilds.

Fixed in all dev-lang/php ebuilds now, the old-style PHP ebuilds will not be fixed wrt this.
