I just compiled mod_perl-1.99.11 on my sparc32 machine without any problem. It also appears to be working correctly with Apache 2.x. I have only done a few tests with running a simple script in Apache::Registry/PerlRun mode, though. I can run some stress tests if someone would like me to.
