Note that both the binary and source packages of HelixPlayer are now both GPL. Check also my comment in this bug: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=59281#c3

ebuild for helixplayer 1.0 gold release

I made this because I wanted to see some stream on the internet and noticed
that the ebuild in portage is outdated.

It builds and runs on x86, but please review it, it is the first ebuild I have
submitted.

I removed the gcc version check patch as it is not needed any more.
I modified the other patches so that they do not depend on the directory name
(which changed on release).
