0.9.38.2 has been committed.

There were some issues with 0.9.42 which caused delay but it's eventually in the tree. There is still a problem with AppArmor - it doesn't work for some apps, like e.g. Firefox, but I have pushed the changes anyway, because it's a new feature users don't have use.
