jpeg-6b-r3 builds fine on macos, just add macos to keywords.

jpeg-6b-r3 may build fine on macos, but it doesn't compile shared libraries, just static ones.

To compile shared libraries, we need newer versions of ltconfig and ltmain.sh, such as those from fink:

http://fink.sourceforge.net/files/ltmain.sh

See bug #60580 for a similar situation.

The same fix from bug #60580 (overwriting the package's ltconfig and ltmain.sh with the versions from fink) works for jpeg-6b-r3, and causes both shared and static libraries to be built.

Note: summary should probably be changed from "macos jpeg-6b-r3 builds fine" to "macos jpeg-6b-r3 needs new ltconfig and ltmain.sh"
