Remove ftp.uninett.no from the mirrorselect list. It is no longer active as a Gentoo mirror. The archives are not there anylonger. The mirror-admin contacted gentoo about this when the mirror was taken down, but it is still located in "mirrorselect".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.run "mirrorselect"
2.try use the ftp://ftp.uninett.no/pub/linux/Gentoo mirror

Actual Results:  
The mirror no longer holds Gentoo data.

Expected Results:  
I wish "mirrorselect" not to list "ftp.uninett.no" as a mirror.
