libstaroffice-0.0.2.ebuild

Latest libreoffice git version depends on it.
I could not find an ebuild so I wrote it myself.

The purpose of libstaroffice is to build a filter for old StarOffice's documents(.sdc, .sdw, ...) based on librevenge(see

Thanks for starting the work! When I look at configure.ac in git master, zlib seems to be optional (be it sensible or not). Furthermore it provides debug, docs and tools build switches, could you implement that as well? For reference you could look at dev-libs/librevenge and/or media-libs/libvisio ebuilds.
