See https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-7602684.html Basically mythplugins wants cdda.h and paranoia.h in /usr/include/cdio, but dev-libs/libcdio-paranoia-0.90_p1-r1 puts it in /uer/include/cdio/paranoia.

I've spotted this issue has been reported upstream: https://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/12640#comment:3 In the meantime I have created a proposed patch which solves the issue for me, and attached it to this ticket.
