this should be fixed in libgweather-3.20.3

Gilles added 3.18.2 and 3.20.3 a few hours ago.
We should fast-stable 3.18.2 imho (also fast-stable the tiled maps thing for gnome-maps/libchamplain/whatever if we already didn't, while at it)

3.18.2 has been stabled in bug 593906, so closing this one as well. Please file a new bug if there are any further/other issues, thanks.
