I don't think the geolocation use flag should default to on for kde-plasma/plasma-workspace. I have no need for geolocation and what's worse is it pulls in kde-frameworks/networkmanager-qt as well as net-misc/networkmanager which I definitely don't want. Enabling this flag by default really creates some unnecessary bloat. Let people enable geolocation if they really need it and don't force it on them.
It's enabled by default because it was introduced as a downstream hack/workaround. As upstream have since added a build option, it's probably safe to drop.
