well, its a compiletime dep that wasnt satisfied on a system here.

not the ebuild, the eclass...

think i left it out of the old depend scheme and never remembered to re-add it.

looked a bit into this. On my systems, I have liboil which depends on glib which depends on pkgconfig but the only eclass in gst-* to add a depend on liboil is gst-plugins-bad. I wonder if any other eclass should add this or not. Herd, could you verify that ?
