emerge gentoo-dev-sources wan't to get genpatches-2.6-7.43-extras.tar.bz2.
Work around was to download on separate machine and transfer via floppy in to distfiles directory.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Follow AMD64 installation instructions for stage 3 installation with no network connectivity.

Actual Results:  
emerge fails as it trys to get files from a mirror

Expected Results:  
emerge should have used local distfiles but the files is not there

Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux".

I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers,
this is the only reasonable way to do this.
