Enclosed is xlaunch-0.5.ebuild.

XLaunch is a handly gtk-based X application that emulates the "Run..." dialog in windoze.  It has commmand line completion, history, and multiple skins.

Suggested category is x11-misc/xlaunch. It looks to be similar to x11-misc/grun.

this package seems to simply re-implement fbrun from fluxbox and grun... i'm
sorry, but we already maintain too many packages. if you have a _good_ reason
that this package should be in portage, feel free to reopen
