Let's create a llvm@gentoo.org alias for a new project to maintain the whole LLVM ecosystem (llvm, clang, libcxx*, ...).
Initial members (based on package metadata) would be: mgorny williamh wizardedit aballier blueness zhanglei.april@gmail.com Possibly also the bsd alias if they're interested.
I think lu_zero should also be interested.
Alias created with suggested members. Also changed clang alias to point to llvm, except for additional members.
