A zfs monitoring script for FreeBSD was created, then ported to linux in 2013.

When placed in the usual /usr/libexec/munin/plugins, this script works without issue.

If possible, could this script be added to the gentoo net-analyzer/munin package?

We only include plugins that upstream also includes, so this should be a separate package.

Unfortunately the upstream code is not licensed so in its current state it cannot legally be used at all. I've filed an upstream issues about that: https://github.com/alexclear/ZoL-munin-plugin/issues/3
