That's because he's not registered on b.g.o and it does not make real sense because he's going to register with his @g.o address very soon anyway. BTW, ccpz should be registered on freenode as well. I'm happy the staff quizz was not used when I joined, I could not answer all questions ;-) IMHO, the quizz should be mentioned on our translator's howto where we list requirements. How about a quizz-hints.txt ?
He still needs to be cc'd on the bug. have him set up a bugzilla account, we can change the account when he's made a dev. The staff quiz is farely easy to do, it just requires a bit of research.
