Reverting the commit does not help.

Please assign this bug to the gentoo kde team.

It works after downgrading to kde-frameworks/kpackage-5.24.0:5/5.24::gentoo
I had to use the --nodeps option for this test.
So where (when) did it break?

Strange.
kde-frameworks/kpackage-9999:5/9999::kde seems to work now again.

tested with kde-plasma/plasma-workspace-9999
