There's a new pg_hier patch available and the url has changed to http://gppl.moonbone.ru.

Please update.

Hmm.. I used severity: normal because I don't think you can install postgresql using the old url as it cannot download the patch from there anymore...

Fixed in postgresql-7.4.5. It's unstable now but it will be stable soon.
