Version 5.35, 2016.07.18, urgency: HIGH

Bugfixes
 - Fixed incorrectly enforced client certificate requests.
 - Only default to SO_EXCLUSIVEADDRUSE on Vista and later.
 - Fixed thread safety of the configuration file reopening.

Looks like the first one is covered by 5.34-r1.

I just added 5.37 to the tree and I've started stabilization fro 5.36.  All of these fixes are in 5.36.
